We coach and mentor professionals very selectively. We limit our activities here to only 3 or 4 high-potential people at any given time.

We treat coaching differently from mentoring. Our coaching assignments typically last for 1 year. We are brought in to help professionals to address specific ‘sticky issues’.

Our mentoring assignments typically last longer, usually 2 to 3 years. We start with a complete ‘Strength Finders’ exercise and help our mentees become better versions of themselves.
